The site is dead. Long live the site.
It has this moment come to my attention that the old site, hosted on metrocast.net's servers whom have been unaware of our piggybacking for close to a year, is now unavailable. I'll find a suitable replacement in a short while, but until then i doubt anyone will really miss the few bits and pieces housed there that are as yet not directly linked from this site. Strangely enough, though, the song list to the right is still working even though all the files are still hosted on the aforementioned metrocast.net servers.
In other, more important news, the band was able to play as a solid unit for the first time since July at a party at Todd's house last weekend... and miraculously... we didn't sound that bad. For having not played the songs (or in some instances, our instruments) almost at all in that long time span, they came back very easily... until we were all too drunk to continue... and instead looked at naked pictures of a former classmate found online...
once again i can say without the slightest bit of sarcasm, doubt or patronage: Adam and Todd's newest songs are coming along very very well and i'll be damned proud to play them when we are all in the same city... [ahem]LA[cough]... and I can honestly say that i'm very eager to post some snippets of them here... but Todd is a rotten perfectionist villain and insists upon "quality" and "getting things right" and the songs "not sucking." whatever the hell all that's about.
and finally, a reason to keep on living:
Keira knightly's breast.

State of the Union

Due to the unfortunate circumstance known to us as “life” or what some cock suckers refer to as “the real world” the band has been somewhat defunked in the music production department as of late. However that is not met with some resistance. Like a prisoner lashing out at a gard, music will suddenly come out in violent irrational spirts. I hope refine those spirts into something worth listening to. So as I sit hear sharpening my toothbrush in to a deadly killing stick-know that new songs are on the way. The currant goal as I see it is to put out a demo of new material from what we can do on our own. Then go into the studio with Franky boy and try to make some type of record. I would love to start rehearsing as a band again, it’s just a matter of where, not to mention who we would get to fill in for Travis (bass). If anyone has any ideas let us know.
While I Wait...
Since i'm once again having to reinstall my OS after what should have been a very cut-and-dry hard-drive installation, i'll take this time to stare at my meager laptop screen versus my much sexier giant LCD... and put up some links that make me happy...- Todd's myspace page - fuckin' lame.
- Adam's myspace page - y'know how i know he's gay?
- Frank's myspace page - queer as Tom Cruise in the privacy of his own home...
- Buddyhead - spruced gash, apparently.
- Pandora Project - pretty badass free (and subscription-based) music finder.
- Live Plasma - badass movie/music mapping gadget, a visual search engine of sorts.
- Engadget - i am a technophile.
- idontlikeyouinthatway.com - normally i hate the gossipy celebrity crap, but this shit is hillarious. this guy should write for SNL, it'd start being funny again....
